Fast-growing fashion store with rapid deliveries

Stayhard

“Fast deliveries are becoming increasingly important,” says Johan Gustafsson, Head of Logistics at Stayhard, which has chosen PostNord as its logistics partner.

Johan tells the story

With clothing from over 150 brands, Stayhard wants to inspire its customers to select their clothes based on their own sense of style. Stayhard was launched in 2005 by two young entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity in selling menswear that had not yet reached the Swedish market. Nearly ten years on, rapid deliveries are still essential to the company.

“At best, it takes three days from the item being received in the loading bay to it being up on the website. Our aim is to always have a lot of new products on the website. Our competitors also put new items on their websites and sell the same items in regular stores, so we want to be first out,” says Johan Gustafsson.

How we solved the logistics for Stayhard

Last year Swedish business daily Dagens Industri named Stayhard “Growth Company of the Year” for the third year in a row, a distinction awarded to the most rapidly growing companies. Stayhard’s logistics are also characterized by a rapid pace.

Once or twice a week, all newly received items are measured and photographed. The information is entered in the business system and photos uploaded to the website. Stayhard has a photo coordinator to ensure that the right image is linked to the right product on the page. The entire company is characterized by a fast pace and a high level of service – from orders to delivery to the customer.

“We have one-day deliveries. This has been important and will be even more important for us in the future. When we previously worked with several logistics players, we didn’t really keep up the pace as we wanted. We’re now happy to have a solution with PostNord that covers all bases,” says Johan Gustafsson.

Stayhard offers customers free returns and exchanges.

“We send items from our warehouse in Herrljunga to customers all over the Nordic region using MyPack. We also use the MyPack Return service, which means that we receive returns faster, and Företagspaket and Pall.Ett for the stores that buy from our brand, striving for a high level of security and precision in these deliveries.
