Widgets and Web Services

A widget is a ready-to-use web service that your company can paste onto its homepage. A web service gives your company the option to integrate services located within our systems with your company’s systems.

Our widget

Our widget allows your company to integrate our services with your web pages.

A widget is a ready-to-use web service that your company can paste onto its homepage. You can choose between using default colours and fonts or modifying the widget to match the style of your website.

Integrating a widget requires knowledge of HTML (the level of proficiency required will vary depending on the company's web platform) as well as access to the company's web servers.

The widget supports direct searches. For example, you can send an email containing a clickable shipment ID to registered customers. To use this feature, it must be connected to the web page on which your company has implemented the widget.

Web services

A web service gives your company the option to integrate services located within our systems with your company's systems.

A web service provides information only. All use of information and graphical presentation is managed by your company.

This service allows you to track shipments on your internal or external websites. For example, it can be used if you want to add our tracking events to your mobile solutions.

Integration via a web service requires proficiency in system development.
