Damage Discovered On Delivery

Are you wondering what you should do if you discover that a shipment you have received is damaged? Here's the answer.

If you discover that your shipment is damaged, you must register this with the driver who delivered the shipment.

Has the driver already left? Report the damage after delivery.

Here's how you report the damage:

  1. The driver will take a photograph of the damage and register it on his/her hand terminal (or on the dispatch note).
  2. Then get in touch with customer services via our contact form or call 09300 to report the damage. If you have a MyPage profile, you can also report the damage there.
  3. Then contact the sender to arrange dispatch of replacement goods.

Do not start using the item/s you have received before the issue has been cleared up. In addition, keep the packaging intact.
