Regardless of whether you run an e-commerce operation or just want to easily send parcels sometimes, this is the service for you. We collect the parcel from you and deliver it straight to the recipient’s door. You can, of course, track the parcel the whole way to the recipient.

With MyPack Home, customers get to choose
- the date and time of delivery, and during which time window it suits the customer to have the item delivered (time windows vary depending on the delivery address: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
- delivery without signed confirmation
The recipient receives a notification via SMS or email the day before the first possible delivery time. The recipient also receives a link to a page on which delivery options can be selected.

*For instance; delivery to designated location, unpackaging and return of waste packaging for recycling.
Parcel delivered to the recipient’s door. Large goods are left outside the recipient’s residential address (on the ground). PostNord can also deliver to another location designated by the recipient. The recipient is then responsible for removing any obstacles in advance and ensuring that access is possible. If the consignment exceeds the maximum weight and maximum length, it will be sent as a special consignment.
