Latest status/Proof of Delivery/Signature

Where can I find my customers signature and the confirmation of delivery?

You simply enter shipment number, reference​ or colli ID in our Track and Trace service. Then click "View receipt" and you will find your customers signature. You will also find an option to send the signature by e-mail. You must be logged in to see signatures.

Is shipment information available both for sender and receiver?

Yes. Both sender and receiver may access information of the shipments last location. Cost and other details about
sender and receiver are available for logged-in users only.

Track and Trace

PostNord has two products for Home Delivery:

  • ​Home Delivery - we deliver at your door - signature is required
  • Parcel Letter - delivery in your mail box or doormat - signature not required

​When you order Home Delivery from your supplier, you will receive an email or SMS from us when your shipment is ready. Through our service Arrange Delivery service, you choose the suitable time for you to receive the goods. You can choose both time and day for your delivery.

Home Delivery must be an option from your supplier in order to be executed. Normally this option is made available through web-shops.

Yes! We have almost 1 500 stores to choose from!

When you order goods at a web-shop, your supplier will present the store nearest to your home address. Some suppliers have other stores for delivery as optional.

MyPack is delivered to consumers through an extensive network of shops in Norway. They are characterized by availability, long opening hours and good customer service.

PostNord serve business to business or business to private. PostNord does not serve private senders.

Goods from private persons are only handled if this is a return shipment to a business address, and only if it was originally delivered by PostNord. All returns must be clarified by supplier.

Unfortunately, PostNord does not offer any pick up service for private persons.

As a business customer you need your customer number in order to complete you booking. If you do not have a customer number you must contact our sales department.
