Receiving goods

You can see when your shipment will be delivered by tracking it on MyPage.

Don't have a MyPage profile?
Track shipment here or ask for a profile.

Both the sender and the recipient have access to information on the location of individual items.

 

You need to arrange delivery when you receive a text message/email informing you that the item is ready to be delivered.

This service allows you to choose a period during the day or in the evening that is most convenient for you.

 

Contact us if you discover that a shipment you have received has been damaged.

Sending goods

PostNord mainly accepts goods for transport from company to company or from companies to private individuals.

For a private individual to send returns via PostNord, this must always be agreed with the original sender of the goods.

Logging in to MyPage will give you access to a lot of information about your shipment. Here you can view the recipient's delivery receipt, with the option to forward it via email.

Returning goods

Do you have a customer agreement?
Use our Collection request service for returns. The driver will have barcode labels and will label the shipment for you. You can track the shipment right up until a delivery receipt is issued.

Companies without transport agreements
Contact the sender to find out how to return the goods. If you have a return carriage agreement with PostNord, you can book returns via our Collection request service. The driver will have barcode labels and will label the shipment for you. You can track the shipment right up until a delivery receipt is issued.

Here you can find more information about what MyPage is and the kind of services we offer.

Both shipment information and statistics on quality and turnover are accessible via the search function for a minimum period of two years.

We recommend selecting shorter search periods, since searches are extensive.

  2. Enter the shipment number, reference or parcel-ID in Track & Trace
  3. Click on "Receipt"

The receipt may be forwarded by email.
