Return of shipment

Have you received a shipment delivered by PostNord, and want to return it? We can help you.

I picked up the parcel in shop (MyPack)

Did you pick up your parcel at one of our partner stores, and have received return labels from the supplier? If this is the case, you stick the return label on your parcel and deliver it - at the same store you picked it up. The store will help you to ensure a safe return.

Please note that you must return your parcel to the same store you picked it up in!

If you have not received a return label, please contact your supplier for return instructions.

I have received the goods at home (Home Delivery/Parcel letter)

If your shipment was delivered at you home, either in mail box or at you door, you must contact your supplier to get instructions on how return is preferred.

Received​ shipment from abroad

In this case you should always contact the supplier to arrange the return. Also remember that you due to customs need invoice or other kind of documentation to ensure a safe return.
