With PostNord Return Pickup, you can offer your customers the opportunity to book returns collection up to 35 kg.

Book collection of heavy returns

Would you like to be able to offer your customers a simple way to send returns up to 35 kg? Then PostNord Return Pickup is for you.

Returning heavy and bulky items has never been easier. With our Return Pickup service, you can make it easy for your customers to book the collection of returns. We pick up returns at the sender's door and then deliver them to that of the returns recipient.

How to book collection with PostNord Return Pickup

There are different ways to book collection of return shipments:

  • Book collection of returns in a transport administration system (TA system) approved by PostNord.
  • Via the Return goods collection form here online.
  • Call us on +47 980 09 300
  • There is an opportunity to drop off items at one of our service points. The maximum weight is then limited to 20 kg and a length of 1.5 m.

When the booking is made, the sender of the returns can choose collection during the day until 5 pm.

If the parcel exceeds the maximum length and/or circumference, a fee is charged only for exceeding the maximum dimensions. The respective fees are defined in PostNord's price list applicable from time to time.

Delivery

PostNord Return Pickup normally reaches returns recipients the next working day. Delivery time is longer to some areas. The delivery can be made to the recipient's door. If for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be made available for the returns recipient to collect at PostNord's service point. See full terms and conditions.

Additional services for Return Pickup

Collection confirmationTransport instructions are required for parcels sent using the Collection confirmation additional service. A text message and/or email is sent to a designated telephone number or email address on the day that the parcel has been delivered to the recipient. The Collection confirmation additional service cannot be used for recipients using the rural mail carrier service.
Limited quantity of hazardous goodsGoods/substances classed as hazardous goods may not be sent via PostNord. However, a so-called limited quantity of hazardous goods can be sent using PostNord Return Pickup. The customer is responsible for the requirements for Limited quantities of hazardous goods in the regulatory framework for ADR-S being met regarding classification of its substances, packaging and labeling. See the Norwegian Civil Contingencies Agency.
New deliveryThe New delivery additional service means that, after a delivery, the returns recipient can request another delivery attempt to the returns recipient's delivery address. Orders can be submitted to customer service at +47 980 09 300.
Goods InsuranceIt is possible to take out goods insurance with an external insurance company via PostNord, assuming the shipment's contents do not conflict with the regulations in PAKN, these Special Terms or Terms and Conditions for Goods Insurance. Terms and conditions of insurance apply to Goods Insurance.
