Active delivery status

Active delivery status – notification of delays via e-mail.

E-mails are normally sent after 2 pm and show
shipments that should have been delivered on that day but, for a variety of reasons, have been delayed. The overview shows shipments that have not been loaded on a vehicle for delivery or received by their intended recipient prior to this time. You have the option to forward information about individual shipments. Delay notifications can also be sent directly to recipients, provided that the e-mail address/cell number of the recipient in question is specified in the EDI notification.
