Shortfall in Items Received?

Are you wondering what you should do if there is a shortfall of items upon delivery? Here's the answer.

If there are items missing upon delivery, contact us via MyPage, our contact form or on 09300, and we'll do our best to help you.

If reporting your shortfall does not result in your goods being located, contact the sender. From this point on, the sender will take over communication with us.

If you do not receive your goods within 30 days from the date we accepted them for carriage, they may be deemed lost. The sender may then submit a compensation claim for the lost goods to PostNord.
