New Customer Portal: One Login Across the Nordics

From 19 August 2026, we will take an important first step towards one shared Nordic customer portal. Norwegian users of the customer portal will be given a user account in the Nordic solution and one shared login across the portals.

What happens on 19 August?

PostNord currently has two customer portals:

Norwegian customer portal: portal.postnord.no – the main solution for Norwegian customers
Nordic customer portal: portal.postnord.com – currently used by customers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland

As the first step towards a shared Nordic customer portal, we will now synchronise users and customer numbers between the to solutions.

The change will be implemented on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.

What does this mean for you?

If you currently have a user account in the Norwegian customer portal, you will also get a user account in the Nordic customer portal.

This means you will have one shared login that can be used across the customer portals.

When the change is implemented, you will:

  • Receive and email with information on how to activate your Nordic user account.
  • Need to activate your user account again with a new password and set up two-factor authentication.
  • Continue to have access to the Norwegian customer portal as you know it today.
  • Gain access to a limited version of the Nordic customer portal.

The Norwegian customer portal will continue as before

You do not need to worry about the Norwegian customer portal disappearing at this stage. It will remain available and continue to work as it does today.

There will be some minor design improvements, as well as certain changes to how users and customer numbers are managed.

The change on 19 August is the first step towards one shared Nordic customer portal for PostNord. More information about further development and any future changes will be provided at a later stage.

Questions and answers

How will this affect users who have not set up 2FA?
Users who currently do not have two-factor authentication enabled in the Norwegian customer portal will need to set it up in the Nordic solution.

How will this affect me if I have a user account in both the Norwegian and Nordic customer portals?
If you already have a user account in the Nordic solution using the same email address as your account in the Norwegian solution, the two accounts will be synchronised into one user account. The permissions associated with the Norwegian user account will be retained.

What should I do if the solution does not work as expected?
Please contact Customer Service on 987 09 300.

Why are we making this change?
Having two solutions means duplicated work – both for you as a customer and for us. We are therefore now bringing the solutions together into one shared Nordic portal, so that our services can be as consistent as possible across the national borders.

I have integrations currently linked to my Norwegian user account in the customer portal. How will these be affected?
Your integrations will continue to work as usual. However, if you want to change the password for an integration, you must do this under the "API Password" tab in the Norwegian customer portal. Your new Nordic password will only be used in the new Nordic portal. In the Developer Portal, you will retain your existing password.

How will this affect me as a user of the Norwegian customer portal?
If you currently have a user account in the Norwegian customer portal, you will also get a user account in the Nordic customer portal. This means that, going forward, you will have one shared login across the portals. The Norwegian portal will continue to work as it does today, with some minor design improvements and changes to how users and customer numbers are managed.

What will I have access to in the Nordic portal?
As a Norwegian user, you should continue to use the Norwegian customer portal for the time being, but you will also have access to the Nordic portal. Initially, you will have very limited functionality in the Nordic portal, and it is not intended for daily use. In this first phase, we will only synchronise users. We will then work towards harmonising the services accross the portals, with the long-term goal of offering a Nordic customer portal that works in the same way for all countries.

When will we have one shared Nordic portal?
The goal is to have one shared Nordic customer portal during 2027. This happen through a phased process.

Step 1: Establish shared users and customer numbers across the portals. If you have a Norwegian user account, you will also have a Nordic user account.

Step 2: Migrate and harmonise services between the Norwegian and Nordic customer portals. (2026/2027)

Step 3: Establish one shared Nordic customer portal with common services for all countries. (2027)

How do I invite new users?
You can do this under "Manage Users" in the left-hand menu.

I have not received an email about setting up my new Nordic user account. What should I do?
Please contact PostNord Customer Service on 987 09 300.
