Return a parcel you bought online
Have you purchased a parcel online and want to return it? Here you will find information on how to proceed to send it back.
A good advice if you are unsure how to return a parcel is to contact the online store from which you purchased it. They can provide you with information about what kind of return terms apply to your shipment.
Return a parcel you collected from a service point
If the parcel came with a return label, you can attach it to the parcel you want to return. You then deliver the parcel at a PostNord service point.
Have you been given a return code from the sender of your parcel? Then you can use it at myPostNord (NO). Select "Return with return code", enter the return code you have been given and follow the steps until you get a return label. The return label is to be firmly attached to the package and delivered at a service point.
If the sender of your parcel has paid for a free return for you, it will cost nothing to return this way. If a free return is not in the agreement, there may be a charge related to the return. You will see this when you register the return code for your parcel.
Did you not receive a return label in your package or a return code? Then you can still send a return by going to myPostNord (NO) and selecting "Return without return code". Enter your name, search for the company from which you received the shipment, set weight and pay for the return. You will then receive a return label that you attach to the parcel and deliver where you collected it.
When you need to send your parcel back, it must be delivered to a PostNord service point.
Return package delivered home
Have you received goods at home, either on the door or in the mailbox, and want to return them? Contact the sender of the goods to agree on how to return the goods.
Return package from abroad
Always contact the sender of the goods abroad to agree on how to return the goods out of the country.
Remember that due to customs clearance, the commercial invoice / purchase receipt for the goods must be enclosed as a document when returning goods abroad.
