MyPack Collect allows you to track the parcel every step of the way: from the time when we pick it up from your address, to the moment the recipient collects it from the delivery location. The recipient receives notification by text message, email or the PostNord app when the parcel is available for collection from the delivery location he/she has chosen.

Liability
Our liability regarding consignments is regulated by Swedish legislation concerning traffic agreements. PostNord’s compensation liability for domestic transportation assignments is limited to SDR 17 per kg. PostNord’s compensation liability for transportation assignments in the Nordic region is limited to SDR 8.33 per kg.
Supplementary services
COD: The recipient pays for the parcel before it is handed over. The money is deposited in the bank or PlusGiro account you have stated. Available with the PostNord MyPack Collect service in Norway, and for deliveries to Sweden and Finland. The maximum limit for COD is NOK 25,000.
